Our investment
strategy

Our approach to real estate and commercial investments is centred on doing business well and doing business right.

We make our investors’ money but we do it from a foundation of respect, trust, honesty and always with a view to the bigger picture – only ever investing in businesses and projects that align to our values. We do not pigeonhole investment opportunities, instead we invest in a diverse portfolio of properties – both in the commercial and residential spheres – and this strategy allows us to be both flexible and fleet-of-foot in the projects we take on.

These range from commercial units (including long-term retail lets or more short-term strategies) to residential investments (including schemes of varying sizes which provide a good rental yield and underlying capital growth).

Our openness to opportunities means that whilst we predominantly focus on investment and development opportunities across the UK, we are open to opportunities outside the UK if the right conditions present themselves. Our flexible approach extends to commercial investments and Zunikh will invest in any number of projects which align with our core values – be that as a purely financial contribution, or by utilising our considerable experience and expertise to any project if required.
