The six pillars
of Zunikh

Property development

Zunikh will acquire sites, on a consented or unconsented basis, and build out schemes of varied ticket sizes, complexities and exit strategies. Regardless of the scheme at hand, you can be confident that each property in a Zunikh development is designed and built with quality and purpose.

Property investment

Zunikh has a broad investment portfolio, investing directly into real estate across all sectors. We work with domestic and off-shore investors to produce long-term sustainable returns which significantly outperform the market.

Commerical investment

Combining collective expertise & knowledge in finance, law and property, Zunikh invests into real estate holding companies and companies or groups that have a real estate focus to maximise returns on investment.

Fund

Zunikh intends to launch a fund in Q4 2023 with a view to expanding its offering to investors.

Contracting

We work closely with our chosen partners in the construction industry to ensure all Zunikh projects are built with quality and a human approach. In the near future, Zunikh will look to launch a contracting division which will collaborate with trusted partners to deliver some of our schemes directly.
